Organisation referrals
We always welcome referrals made by other professionals and appreciate the invaluable support those individuals offer to Kensington residents. Our team works with other organisations to ensure that individuals receive the most appropriate support to move forward. In order to refer your service user to us, please follow these three simple steps:

Check our criteria
Confirm that the applicant meets our core criteria for support and their address falls within our street list. If not but they are in temporary accommodation under the care of RBKC, call us because me may be able to help.

Complete the form in full
Fill in the form with the applicant. Make sure you complete all fields, otherwise we will not be able to process the referral.
Email us the referral
Email the referral to grants@campden.org.uk and our team will get in touch within two working days to confirm the applicant’s registration.
